The service

Load Mitra is online software for transport commission agents to record loads, parties, truck owners, payments, bills and related documents. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your password private and give access only to people you trust. You are responsible for what is done in your workspace, including by the users you invite.

Trial and plans

New workspaces get a free trial of 14 days with every feature. After the trial you need a paid plan to add or change records; your existing records stay readable.

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Each plan has limits on users and loads, shown on the pricing page and in the Billing page of the app. Prices may change; a change applies from your next billing period.

Your data

The records you enter belong to you. We use them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your responsibility for figures

The service calculates amounts from what you enter. You are responsible for checking entries, bills and reports before relying on them, and for your own tax and legal compliance. The service is not tax, accounting or legal advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, try to access another business's data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and cancel your plan at any time. We may end or suspend the service for an account that breaks these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
