What we collect
Account details you give us when you sign up: your name, mobile number, email address and business name.
The business records you enter while using the service: parties, truck owners, vehicles, drivers, loads, payments, bills and the documents you upload.
Technical records needed to keep accounts safe, such as login times, IP address and browser type.
How we use it
To run the service for you, keep your account secure, answer support requests and bill your subscription. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Each business has its own separate workspace. Only people you invite to your workspace can open your records, within the role you give them.
We share data with other companies only where the service needs it: hosting, email delivery and the payment provider that processes your subscription. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to protect your session. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping and deleting data
Your records stay in your workspace while your account exists, including after a trial or a paid period ends. You can export your data from the reports at any time.
To have your account and its data deleted, contact us. Records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices for your subscription, are kept for the period the law requires.
